Crafty Sentiments - Shaped cards - not square

This weeks challenge over at Crafty Sentiments is hosted by Bunny and the theme is 'Shaped Cards - not square!  Now I love seeing all the different shaped cards that people come up with but it really isn't my strong point so I had to step out of my comfort zone this week.  After much deliberation I realised I had the persfect tool in my arsenal my 'Gypsy' so I set too and after going through all the different bits on the cartridges I thought I would have a go at the apron from 'Country Life' my friend Heather and I had looked at it and thought it should be do able and here is the outcome.  Cut the base from white cs then the next layer is cut from patterned cs printed with Raspberry Road Designs, next came the pockets and waistband again from whites cs and the frill at the bottom and top instead of cutting them out I decided to add some glamour dust instead, the sentiment is also cut from the same cartridge and mounted onto a die cut using Crafty Cutters Vintage Label die available at Crafty Sentiments Designs (Oh and they have some gorgeous new dies available for pre order too!) and then I used the wonderful image 'Tasty Treat' available from Crafty Sentiments Designs coloured with copics.

This card is actually going in the post to Heather as last summer she entered the  local show for the first time (which is actually quite big) with various items of home produce and did so well that she came joint first, so my card is to encourage her to do it again!

I would like to enter my card into the following challenges:
Fab 'n' Funky #109 ~ Blue Green & White
Crafty Catz #121 ~ I spy something begining with B ~ Blue, baking, bow, bling
Our Creative Corner ~ Over The Edge
Crazy Challenge #108 ~ Anything Goes
Totally Gorjuss #120 ~ Yummy
TFL and I hope you will join us this week for our fun challenge.
