Tags & Bags with Crafty Catz

This week it's my turn to set the challenge over at Crafty Catz and I chose the theme of 'Tags & Bags'  Don't panic! the part we are really looking for is the tag but I know some love to make matching bags & tags so that's great too.

Fantastic prizes wouldn't you agree.  So here is what I made, I recently won a challenge and the prize was a voucher for Crafters Companion so I treated myself to the Sweet Treats boards which is a selection of boxes and bags and a cute birdhouse. So I decided to go with a bag and I'm pleased with how it turned out for a first attempt.  The paper is MME Winterwonderland (couple of years old now).  I cut a tag from the same paper and added an image from Digi Stamps 4 Joy, coloured with spectrums, to the tag I added a poinsettia die cut and a stamped sentiment from a set of stamps that happened to fall in my basket when ordering the embossing boards! oops! The tag is attached with some cream ribbon and then I have put wide red ribbon round the bag and added a large fabric flower from my stash. I hope you will find time to join us this week.
