Crafty Catz Challenge #496 ~ Anything Goes

Good morning folks, it's Friday so that means it's time for a new challenge over at Crafty Catz and this week and our host  is the wonderful Zora who has chosen the twist this week of  'Flowers' alongside our usual theme of 'Anything Goes' and our fabulous sponsor is

The sponsor very kindly gave the DT some fantastic images to play along with.  I chose Set 1 Flower 2 which is a set of 2 flowers and I chose to focus on just one of the flowers of the set. which I printed onto some soft red coloured vellum, I printed it in a grey colour as the black looked too heavy.  Then I coloured the flower using SN coloured pencils as I wanted the softer look pencils gave compared to pens.  Then I tore down the sides of the vellum and fixed it to the background paper with some brads then I finished off with a simple die cut sentiment.
