Crafty Catz Challenge #406 ~ Anything Goes

Good morning, well the snow of Storm Emma hit us here in Dorset yesterday, I had been keeping my fingers crossed that it wouldn't land but no such luck! At least I had managed to get home from work before it started and doesn't look like I'm going anywhere anytime today, oh well some extra crafting time, maybe this snow isn't so bad after all!

Anyway it's time for a brand new challenge over at Crafty Catz and this week our fabulous teamie Nick is our host and our theme is 'Anything Goes' and Nick has given us the additional twist of 'Baby Card'.  Don't forget you don't need to use the twist but we love it when you do.  Our sponsor this week is

PRIZE.....$12 DOLLAR VOUCHER

For my card I have used an image from Emerald Faeries called Kayla & Twinkie, I had forgotten I had these images!  I didn't want to go with the traditional blue or pink so went with green & yellow, the paper is from my stash but I don't what make, I teamed it up with some green cs.  The image is coloured with Copics, Chameleons and SN Sparkles for the wings then I inked around the edge with SU! hello honey which I also used on the sentiment die cut.  The sentiment is a PTI stamp. The border die cut is from Crafty Sentiments and then I finished off with some die cut branches and prima Got Flowers and some enamel dots.
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
Allsorts #456 ~ I spy something beginning with B ~ Baby
A Gem of a challenge #213 ~ Spring flowers (use flowers)
Crafty Gals Corner #160 ~ ATG
The Paper Shelter #328 ~ Add some metal ~enamel dots
Thanks for stopping by x

  10. This is GORGEOUS!! Your coloring is absolutely incredible, and I love the way all your colors coordinate--they're some of my personal favorites, so I might be a bit biased! Thanks so much for joining us at Sketch Saturday!
