Can't believe how close it is getting to Christmas! Everyone talking about their decorations and wrapping the presents, my decorations are still in the attic! lol Anyway as it's Friday it's time for a brand new challenge over at Crafty Catz and it is our last one until the New Year. For this weeks challenge our wonderful Naomi has chosen a theme of Sparkle & Shine.
I have used an old stamp which I heat embossed in antique gold after stamping on to Kraft which I mounted on red mirricard, then I dry embossed the background piece of Kraft with a reindeer folder from Design Objectives and again mounted onto red mirricard. Added some red thread, red ricrac, red gems and finally a couple of little red bells.
here's a picture of the card taken with the flash to try and show the shine a little better.
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
Allsorts #340 ~ Clean and Simple
Crafty Sentiments Designs ~ Christmas Card
Come And Get It ~ Merry Christmas
Crafty Boots ~ Christmas
Crafting From The Heart #89 ~ Anything Goes
Crazy Challenge #211 ~ Christmas
Crafty Cardmakers and More #153 ~ Depict the poem Twas the night before Christmas ~ I have used the reindeer parts of the poem for my depiction.
Crafty Creations #304 ~ Happy Holidays
