Sentimental Sundays #55 ~ Handmade flowers

Ok so I am a bit behind the times but when I saw that the challenge over at Sentimental Sundays this week was handmade flowers I knew it was time I had a go at making those wonderful zip flowers.  I have seen them about for a while and really like the look they give and the fact that depending on the zip will also depend on the look you get.  So I made my first zip flower not as good as others I have seen but I had a go and will definately try some more, (MIL has given me a few old zips to play with! lol) Anyway here is my card and when I started planning it I had not intended for it to be monochrome but thats just the way it ended up.  The sentiment is from this weeks freebie over at Sentimental Sundays and I gave it a denim look in photoshop before printing it out, the stamped leaves are a SeeDs stamp thats never been inked before! finished off with some fibre and a charm from my stash.

I would also like to enter this into the following challenges:
Cupcake Crafts #141 ~ Gingham & Roses
2 Sisters #39 ~ How does your garden grow
Creative Card Crew ~ May Flowers
