Just thought I'd pop on and share a card I've made using the gorgeous 'In The 20's' from The Paper Shelter. I really should be concentrating on making Ria's birthday card but not easy when she is around and I want it to be a surprise especially as it's for her 18th in a weeks time. Yes I know I still have a week but on Tuesday I go in to hospital for day surgery on my left thumb which will then result in being in plaster for 4 weeks and I'm also having an injection in my right thumb so looks like I'd better get on with it! lol
Anyway back to the card, it is a precut and scored card base which I have then used papers from First Editions Blank Canvas pad. I used papers from the pad to paper piece her coat and hat and she is coloured using spectrums, all the flowers, leaves and butterflies are cut on the Cricut or punched using the same papers, the sentiment was cut on the Cricut and a couple of brads were added to the flowers. Hope you like it.
