Hi just thought I'd quickly share a card I made for Mad For Markers tonight.  The image is LilyRose and she is available at the Mad For Markers Online Store, I have paper pieced her dress the rest is coloured with copics.  Paper is from a digi kit called Enchanted Forest by Sweet Blossom Designs (have had it for years now!) and the sentiment is a stamp by Creative Expressions from their SteamPunk Dreams set.

Charming challenge at Emerald Faeries

Yes its time for a new challenge over at Emerald Faeries and for this fortnight we are looking for your charms.  I love charms but always end up forgetting I've got them until its too late! lol but I remembered in time for this card, in fact my charm was the inspiration for my card.  I bought the little shoe from 'claire's' a few years ago coz I thought it was sweet and I was sure I'd be able to make use of it!  Well I finally have!  My Emerald Faerie image for this card is Kayla & Twinkie which is available at the A&T Digital Designs Shop along with the little stamp sentiment (quick tip - I used the small hole maker on my crop-a-dile to punch the ticket edge).  I have coloured the image with copics and my papers are from Bearly Mine Designs, ribbon and charm from my stash and I finished off with some rolled flowers made from some of the backing paper.  So don't forget to pop over to the challenge blog and see what the amazing DT have been up to and then lets see your charms, you've got 2 weeks remember.

Lets recycle with Crafty Sentiments

Yes we want to see you recycling with us over at Crafty Sentiments this week.  For my recycled item I used an old CD as my base and decorated it using paper from Bearly Mind Designs and the cute Penguin is a recent digi release from Crafty Sentiments Designs which you can find in the store.  Coloured with copics and matted on to some gold glitter card.  I added the gold snowflake brads using my crop-a-dile and went through the cd before I covered the back again in paper from BMD and to that I added a Christmas Sentiment digi stamp also available at Crafty Sentiments Designs Store.  Finished off with some funky fibres from my stash and hey presto a christmas decoration.  Actually I might do a few more of these, it was fun and I have loads of defunct cds! lol

Bingo time at A & T Digital Designs Challenge

Hi there well over at A&T Digital Designs Challenge this fortnight we have a great Bingo table for you to play along with.

I have chosen to use the line Flourish, ribbon & Die cut and my image is the recently released Happy Holidays sentiment circle which is available at the A&T Digital Designs Store and I have coloured it with copics and then inked to distress as I wanted it to look more vintagey to go with the Bo Bunny papers I have used.  The green doily die cut is a Crafty Cutters die from Crafty Sentiments.  The flourishes in the corners are also Bo Bunny then I added some ribbon and card candi from my stash.  Hope you like it and I hope that you will join in with our challenge, don't forget you have 2 weeks to take part.

Anything Goes At Emerald Faeries

Yes it's everyones favourite challenge this time over at Emerald Faeries 'Anything Goes' and hopefully you are seeing my post as I'm away and have therefore sheduled this post so fingers crossed all goes well! lol

Now I have this old plastic coaster which came free (years ago) with a cross stitching magazine and every now and again I change the image that is inside it and this time it is the turn of the gorgeous Isla who is available to buy over at the A&T Digital Designs store.  I have coloured using copics and then added plenty of glitter and a few tiny punched butterflies, the image is then mounted on some glitter card.  So now I have a lovely sparkly coaster on my desk.

Meet Mia

Hi there, I'd like to introduce you to Mia, she is a fab new digi image who is now available over at Crafty Sentiments Designs and she is a dream to colour.  I have used my copics to colour her and then fussy cut her to mount her onto a fab background paper from Bearly Mine Designs to which I have added some glamour dust and finished off with some white sparkly fibre and a pc generated sentiment. I really had fun putting this together and the sparkle from the glamour dust when it catches the light is really pretty.

Just a note

Just wanted to share a card I made using the sweet digital image 'Raindrop' by As The Crow Flies which is  available at the Mad For Markers Store.  I decided to do some paper piecing as really like the effect and haven't done it for a while, the rest of the image was coloured with my copics (R00, 11, 20, B23, 32 E37, 57 & 29) and I added some crystal glaze to the umbrella and her boots, papers are PM Blueberry Hill, the heart border and sentiment die cut are Crafty Cutter Dies from Crafty Sentiments Designs then finished off with some gems. Oh and I inked a background to the image too.

Anything Goes at Crafty Sentiments

Good morning, its Tuesday so that means it's time for another challenge over at Crafty Sentiments and this week Caz has chosen the theme of 'Anything Goes' one we all love, so without further ado let me get onto my project for this week.

I chose to make a bookmark and as it is Breast Cancer Awareness week I decided to use the 'Hope' stamp which is available at Crafty Sentiments Designs.  I also opted to colour it pink and just added a little green and purple with my sakura stardust pens.  The edges have been punched with the Tonic Studio border system.  It should also have a tiny magnet inside to hold it closed around the page but typically I can't find the magnets at the mo so will have to add them when they decide to come out of hiding! lol

Sketch time at A&T Digital Designs Challenge Blog

Hi there well it seems I have been missing from blog land for a while and then today I have managed to post prolifically!  And there have been lots of new releases and today's post for A&T Digital Designs Challenge is no different, there are some fabulous new images so be sure to pop by the store and check them out.

I have used one for my card this week, I have chosen the Halloween Sentiment Circle which I added to some digi paper from the halloween collection by Bearly Mine Designs, thought they were a perfect combo!  Added some ribbon, die cut diamond strips, pearls flowers and bats from my stash.  Love the sketch this week and am pleased with how my card turned out and not a copic in sight! lol

New release sneak peek 2

So I said I'd be back, I actually thought it might have been a bit earlier but you know how it goes!  So I have another card to show you which uses another of the new Hedgehog releases which will be available to buy on the 10th (Wednesday) over at Crafty Sentiments Designs.

This time I have used 'Hedgehog Hello' again coloured with copics, papers are DCWV glitter stack and I have added some flowers, ribbon and die cut leaves.  The sentiment is pc generated and I've used a Crafty Cutters Die Vintage Label which is available at Crafty Sentiments Designs.  These Hedgies are just so adorable don't you think?

New Release at Crafty Sentiments

Well we are fast approaching the 10th of the month which means a fabulous new release over at Crafty Sentiments Designs and this month there are some adorable hedgehogs we just know you are going to love these little characters.  The DT have been hard at work and you can see what we've been up to by visiting the Crafty Sentiments Inspirational Blog and then leave some love for these hard working ladies by visiting their individual blogs.  

Well my first card uses 'Lets Swing' which will be available to buy on Wednesday 10th October over at Crafty Sentiments Designs.  I have coloured with copics and cut out using a nestie, papers are First Edition 'New Leaf', sentiment is pc generated and I have embossed a panel with part of a tree folder and finished off with some ribbon and flowers from my stash.

Emerald Faeries - Flowers

Hi, it's time for a brand new challenge over at The Emerald Faeries and for this fortnight we are looking for flowers, nice easy one for you all!  For my card I have used Alley and coloured her with my copics, I just love that wee ladybird and it reminded me that I had some little ones tucked away that I have had for a VERY long time!  Papers are PM Blueberry Hill and I inked the edges, sizzix ticket die used along with Marianne Creatable flourish die (am loving this one at the mo!) finished off with a string of pearls, some ribbon and flowers from my stash.
