Add a little sparkle with Crafty Sentiments

Good morning all, well I am enjoying being away and visiting with my Mum & Dad and we are all having a fab time, but of course it is Tuesday and that means its challenge time over at Crafty  Sentiments and this week we want you to go all 'Sparkly'  For my card I have used 'Roses & Tulips' which is available at the Crafty Sentiments Designs Store and have coloured with copics and lots of sakura stardust for my sparkle, although it doesn't show up very well in the pic, sorry but can't remember who the papers are by and I finished off with an orange ribbon bow and a silver sentiment.

New Challenge over at A & T Sketch Challenges

Hello it's time for a new challenge over at A & T Sketches and for this fortnight we have a fabulous new sketch for you.  This week I have gone totally digital as I am away from my craft room but I need more practice at colouring digitally! lol.  I have used the beautiful 'Apple Blossom' digital stamp which is available at the A & T Digital Designs shop and teamed it up with papers and elements from Raspberry Road Designs and the circle 'stamp' is from Bearly Mine Designs which I played around with in Photoshop CS4.

Cuppa anyone?

Hi there, I'm here to show you my latest card for Mad For Markers and I have used the sweet Emily who is available at the Mad for Markers Online Store.  My inspiration came from the fabulous ribbon that arrived this morning as part of a prize from The Ribbon Reel, wow they have so much awesome ribbon!  Anyway I just had to use it and thought it TEAmed up perfectly with this image which has been coloured with my copics.  I tried a new red combo that was shared over at the Mad For Markers Online Copic Colouring Club check out the details HERE, a great place to be for all you copic lovers.  My papers are EP Times & Seasons also added some seam binding, flower, button and gems from my stash.

Time for 'Punches & Dies' over with the Emerald Faeries

Yep its time for a new challenge over at The Emerald Faeries Challenge blog and for this fortnight we want to see your 'punches & dies'.  The DT have been hard at work and there really are lots of amazing cards to inspire you so be sure to pop over to the Emerald Faeries Challenge Blog. 

For my card I have used the adorable 'Ebony' who is available at the A & T Digital Designs Shop, coloured with my trusty copics.  I used a sizzix ticket die to cut out the image and mat, the mat is emobossed and the banners are cut with the cricut.  The fabulous paper is a freebie from Bearly Mine Designs from last August and I finished off with some gems and peeloff sentiment that was also coloured with copics.

Sketch time with Crafty Sentiments

Hi there well here we are its Tuesday so that means it's Crafty Sentiments Challenge day!  Did you hop along with us, aren't those new stamps just so adorable?  Anyway this week we have a sketch for you to follow.  For my card I have used Tobey 'back to school' which is available in the Crafty Sentiments Design Store, I have coloured with copics and fussy cut, my papers are First Edition 'Hideaway' and some cs from my stash, I added some organza ribbon, brads and a bookworm brad that I have had for a couple of years and never found the right time to use one of them! lol.  The sentiment is a stamp which was a freebie from a magazine and I have stamped it on to a vintage lable die cut the die is a Crafty Cutters and is available at the Crafty Sentiments Designs Store. (we have some new ones too so do check them out!)

Anything Goes at A&T Sketch Challenges

Yes that's right a challenge we all love - 'Anything Goes' over at the A&T Sketch Challenge Blog this for fortnight.  For my card I used a fairly new release called 'bunch of roses' which is available at the A&T Digital Designs Store. I used my copics to colour, paper is from Bearly Mine Designs the little whit roses are actually made of clay (or something similar) then I added some flowers from my stash behind them and finished off with a piece of lace. I have kept this simple as I intend to use it as a sympathy card (I find them really difficult to make but I think this one works)

Feeling a little blue?

Well its the time of the week for my creation for Mad For Markers and this week I have used the utterly adorable Mr Doll from the Doggies digital collection which is available at the Mad For Markers Online Store, I think this is probably my favourite of the Doggies Collection.  This time I went for something a bit different for me and actually coloured Mr Doll in a non-dog colour!  It felt really strange while I was doing it but I do love how it turned out.  So the copics I used for this were B39, 93, 95, 97 & BG10, I added the sentiment before I printed it out then cut it out using a nestie.  The pp are from the Papermania Happy Days collection as is the little ticket sentiment and from my stash I have added blue cs, sparkly flower and sparkly fabric heart.  There is also a new challenge over at the Mad For Markers Challenge Blog which is a nice easy one 'Anything Goes' (using copics of course!) so why not check it out?

Exciting News!

Yes I have some exciting news to share with you all today (Actually its already Tuesday in Australia so I'm hoping this post ties in with the challenge going live!).  I was lucky to be chosen to join the A&T Digital Designs DT and did you know they are also the home of the super cute Emerald Faeries too so thats 2 fabulous challenge blogs as well.  So today sees my first post for the Emerald Faeries Challenges and this fortnight the challenge is 'Bling' one we know you all love!  The news just keeps on coming ...  today also sees the release of 2 new 'Ducky' images from A&T Digital Designs so I just had to use one for my card.  I chose this cute little girlie duck, then I went a bit mad with the bling!  I coloured with copics then added stardust, my papers are First Editions Hideawy which just happen to be glittered and then I added some little gems to my ribbon.

Party Time

Ok this is going to be a real quick post, 1 coz I really should be in bed by now as I have to be up at 6 to get ready for an early shift and 2 I need to enter this into the challenge over at Sunday Sketch & Stamp!  So here is my card using fab papers from Bearly Mine Designs, black cs and super fun precoloured image from Charmed Cards & Crafts and I have used some beautiful gem leaf sprays that I have had for a few months and never quite got round to using but just felt this card was perfect for them, sentiment is a stamp and the rest of the gems and flower are from my stash.
